Empowering Canadians to manage their digestive health.
The Canadian Digestive Health Foundation wanted to embark on a journey to be the go-to-resource for information on digestive disorders. That also included becoming the trusted source for those looking for diet and nutrition resources. The CDHF required a comprehensive rebranding initiative to support their growth plans, and position themselves as true leaders in the digestive health and wellness space.

We started with the CDHF Manifesto: Wellness is a personal journey, and it starts with digestive health. You have to take your own steps, but CDHF can help guide you every step of the way.
The brand identity needed to reflect the effect digestive health has on the body’s overall health through a simplified visual. The logo telegraphed the potential of good digestive health by illustrating “positivity” and energy at the core of the CDHF wordmark.
We also created original iconography sets and illustrations that adopted microscopic images of good bacteria found in healthy people as an ownable graphic treatment.
The CDHF visual identity system leveraged the modified wordmark and colours as a distinctive asset. We created a comprehensive brand look book from which future communications and designs would be based.
